When you need a dentist in Nha Trang, the first worry is often not the price but the language: how to explain what hurts and understand what the dentist suggests. Here is honestly how it works at HiDentist — what we have and what we don't.
Is there a dentist or interpreter who speaks my language?
- Our dentists are Vietnamese and do not speak Russian. We won't promise what we don't have.
- A consultant answers in Russian and English on WhatsApp and Telegram: before your visit (what's wrong, how much it costs, when you can come) and afterwards if you have questions.
- Our whole team — reception, assistants and dentists — talks with international guests through translation software every day. Patients mention in reviews that there was no language barrier.
How much does it cost, and can I know in advance?
- One price list for everyone, residents and visitors alike. It is published on our website in dong, with a conversion to dollars.
- Examination and diagnostic X-rays are free. If you want to take the images with you, there is a separate fee (listed in the price list).
- The dentist gives the final price after the examination, before treatment starts.
How long will treatment take if I'm on holiday?
- Filling: one visit, usually 20–40 minutes per tooth.
- Root canal treatment: usually 1–3 visits.
- Crown: about 3 days, thanks to the clinic's own dental lab.
- Scaling and polishing: one visit.
- Implants: 2 to 6 months. Suitable if you are staying for the season or can come twice. We don't sell implants as a cheap one-week trip.

What if a tooth suddenly hurts?

Is there a warranty?
- For implants, the warranty period depends on the system and is listed in the price list.
- Warranty check-ups and repairs are done at the clinic: you need to come back so the dentist can examine you. Keep this in mind if you are leaving for a long time.
